The Gospel According to John
The Apostle John wrote the Fourth Gospel. He outlines his purpose in writing about Jesus: “these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name” (John 20:31). He writes so that people would believe in Jesus Christ and find true life in his name.
